Finance Unit:
- Coordinating the preparation of the annual budget and the report on its execution.
- Processing payments to partners who provide various services to the District and preparing reports on those payments.
- Preparing monthly and annual budget execution reports for the District and its affiliated institutions (schools, health centers, hospitals, and sectors).
- Identifying, collecting, and receiving taxes and fees assigned to local government entities in collaboration with the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
- Receiving clients who seek services from the Finance Department and responding to various official correspondences.
