  • Monitor the availability of job positions within the District.
  • Ensure that all approved positions are properly filled.
  • Implementation of Human Resource Policies

  • Prepare and implement human resource policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing public servants.
  • Recruitment and Staff Placement

  • Organize and monitor the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the appointment and placement of staff in different positions.
  • Staff Training and Capacity Building

  • Organize training programs to enhance employees’ skills and professional development.
